Lead singer Luke Carter is a big believer in big bands, big songs, and big concerts that are full-scaled entertainment events. An admirer of the masters-U2's Bono, INXS' Michael Hutchence, Ultravox's Midge Ure, and David Bowie-Luke is a front man with passion and vision. On stage, he captures the audience's attention with a combination of intensity, philosophy, and smart-ass wit. An avid reader and writer, Luke keeps his apartment decorated with stacks of half-read books-perfect perches for his three cats.

Patently irreverent, and strangely charming, Pete Dawson -a.k.a "King Pete"-is not the kind of drummer that fades into the background. Pete's excellent percussion skills and exceptional voice are integral parts of King Me's sound. In addition, Pete is a very talented songwriter. Pete's "day job" is a tattoo artist, yet he has no tattoos himself. Why? You'll have to ask K.P.. His answer seems to change every time the question is asked.

Bass player Steve Green is not only the nicest guy you'll ever meet, but he's also one of the most talented. A jack of all trades, Steve is comfortable behind a bass, a guitar, drums, or a soundboard. Steve is a high-tech gear head- always on the lookout for the next piece of equipment or technology that will keep King Me on the cutting edge. When Steve is not on stage, there's a good chance you'll find him on the lake or shopping for more jackets or shoes to add to his "fashionable" collection.

A native of Bangladesh, guitarist Russell Ali has been taking audiences by storm since joining King Me in October '99. Russell has earned a great number of accomplishments in his fifteen years of playing guitar and keyboard. Russell has released five albums in his homeland with the extremely successful band Warfaze and most recently won the title of "Best Guitarist in Kansas". A computer science student able to speak five different languages, Russell adds a new intellectual as well as cultural dimension to King Me. Russell is endorsed by Ibanez guitars.
